Information for Prospective Faculty

Thank you for your interest in the new Study Abroad Program and Domestic Study Travel Program at Hartnell College. As you begin to explore the possibility of submitting a proposal, please read the information on these pages carefully. It was designed to explain to prospective faculty what Study Abroad and Domestic Study Travel is all about and to help them think through the planning and proposal process. If you are not familiar with facilitating Study Abroad or Domestic Study Travel, we encourage you to only read these materials and talk with us about your ideas. All current full time and adjunct faculty are welcome to apply. Remember that the actual program will begin in Summer 2007, but proposals will be due on March 15, 2006. This is a competitive process. Only 1-2 proposals will be selected for 2007.
